Regular bus services from Guwahati (Assam) to Imphal (Manipur) by private operators (12-14 hours, rupees 800-1200). From Imphal, local buses and shared taxis run frequently to Moirang (1.5-2 hours, rupees 50-100).

Sunamganj (Loktak Lake area) is connected via NH2 and NH37 to Imphal. It is approximately 450km from Guwahati. Drive time from Guwahati is 12-14 hours. Road conditions can be challenging, especially during monsoon. Approx tolls are minimal.
