Journey times from Delhi (approx 30-36 hours, rupees 800-2500), Mumbai (approx 40-48 hours, rupees 1200-3500), Bangalore (approx 45-55 hours, rupees 1500-4000). From NBQ/DBB, take local transport to river point, then boat.

State transport buses (ASTC) and private operators run from Guwahati to Dhubri or Goalpara. Terminals are in Guwahati city. Journey time is 5-7 hours, fare rupees 300-600. From Dhubri/Goalpara, local buses or shared autos connect to river points, then boat to Kurigram islands.
