ASTC (Assam State Transport Corporation) and private operators connect Tinsukia to Dibrugarh (1 hour, rupees 100), Guwahati (10-12 hours, rupees 600-1000), and other towns. Main bus stand near AT Road.
NH-37 and NH-38 pass through Tinsukia. It is 480 km from Guwahati, 10-12 hours drive. Roads are generally good but can be rough in patches. No major tolls on this route.
