West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC) and private operators run buses from Kolkata (Esplanade Bus Stand) to Bolpur. Journey time is 4-5 hours, fare rupees 150-250. From Bolpur, take a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Nanoor (rupees 50-100, 45-60 minutes).
Nanoor is approximately 165km from Kolkata. Drive via NH19 (old NH2) then take State Highway 6 to Nanoor. Drive time is 4-5 hours. Road conditions are generally good, with some village roads being rough. Expect tolls of rupees 200-300.
