West Bengal State Transport Corporation (WBSTC) and private operators run buses. Direct buses from Purulia (1 hour, rupees 50-80) and Ranchi (2-3 hours, rupees 100-150). Limited direct buses from Kolkata (7-8 hours, rupees 250-400).
