Bhimavaram is a significant railway town in Andhra Pradesh, nestled in the fertile Godavari delta.
The best time to visit Bhimavaram is from October to February. The weather is pleasant and dry, ideal for sightseeing and temple visits.
You can reach Bhimavaram by train (Bhimavaram Town or Junction stations), by bus (APSRTC and private), or by road. The nearest airports are Rajahmundry (80km) and Vijayawada (100km).
